Hello #PhotoFeed community! I love to greet you and take the opportunity to participate in this new challenge: Perspectiva - travel contest #253. This time I want to show you some images I took in the city of Segovia, Spain, on the second trip I made.
I made the trip with my mom and daughter in July 2019; what can be seen behind them is the Segovian Aqueduct, which is a monument built by the Roman Empire and dates back to the 2nd century AD.
In this picture I tell you that there was a festival of street musicians, and for a week there were several stages in the active Segovian town with various presentations of various artistic genres, there were theaters, puppets, declaimers, musicians and dancers. In the image that I present to you, they are in a square attached to Juan Bravo street, at the end you can see the buildings with the typical Segovian sgraffito on the walls.

In this image my daughter is presented in front of the facade of the house of the peaks, which is none other than the headquarters of the School of Art and Design of Segovia. The peaks that make up its facade are the ones that give the name to this famous building, which is located in the historic center of the town of Segovia.
In this other image is the cathedral of Segovia, dedicated to the Marian invocation of Our Lady of the Assumption, is near the Plaza Mayor, has a Gothic architectural style and is sometimes called by its nickname is the lady of the cathedrals.
Segovia is a walled city, which over time grew outside these limits, in this picture my daughter is near the cornice of the wall and can be seen in the background the ancient neighborhood San Lorenzo, dating from medieval times, is located in the foothills of the hills of grazing in it there is a convent, the mint, several octagonal churches, as in medieval times and elmparque de la alameda, where there are lots of ducks to feed.
Finally I leave you a picture of the hot air balloons, this picture was taken on the roof of the sister's house, who lives in the San Lorenzo neighborhood. That was a special occasion where many balloons went out, but every Saturday, religiously, if the weather is good, the balloons go for a ride, yes, already at 5 am must be in the field of departure, because they take advantage of the cool of the morning to fly, it is a beautiful spectacle.

Hola comunidad #PhotoFeed!! Me encanta saludarlos y aprovechar para participar en éste nuevo reto: Perspectiva - concurso de viaje #253. En esta oportunidad les quiero mostrar algunas imágenes que tomé en la ciudad de Segovia, España, en el segundo viaje que hice.
El viaje lo hice con mi mamá y mi hija en julio del año 2019; lo que se observa detrás de ellas es el Acueducto Segoviano, que es un monumento construido por el imperio romano y tiene una data del siglo II d.C.
En esta estampa les cuento que había un festival de músicos de la calle, y durante una semana estuvieron varios escenarios en el pueblo Segoviano activos con diversas presentaciones de varios géneros artísticos, había teatros, títeres, declamadores, músicos y bailarines. En la imágen que les presento, están en una plaza anexa a la calle Juan Bravo, al final se pueden observar los edificios con los típicos esgrafiados Segovianos en las paredes.

En esta imágen se presenta mi hija ante la fachada de la casa de los picos, que no es otra que la sede de la Escuela de Arte y Superior de Diseño de Segovia. Los picos que conforman su fachada son los que le dan el nombre a este famoso edificio, este queda en el casco histórico de la población segoviana.
En esta otra imagen está la catedral de Segovia, dedicada a la advocación mariana de Nuestra Señora de la Asunción, queda cerca de la plaza Mayor, tiene un estilo arquitectónico gótico y en algunas ocasiones es llamada por su sobrenombre que es la dama de las catedrales.
Segovia es una ciudad amurallada, que con el tiempo fue creciendo fuera de estos límites, en esta gráfica mi hija esta cerca de la cornisa de la muralla y se observa al fondo el antiquísimo barrio San Lorenzo, que data de la época medieval, está emplazado en la falda de las colinas de pastoreo en él hay un convento, la casa de la moneda, varias iglesias de planta octogonal, como en el medioevo y elmparque de la alameda, donde hay gran cantidad de patos que alimentar.
Por último les dejo una imágen de los globos aerostáticos, esa fotografía la tomé en el techo de casa de la hermana, que vive en el barrio San Lorenzo. Esa fue una ocasión especial donde salieron muchos globos, pero todos los sábados, religiosamente, si hace buen tiempo salen los globos a pasear, eso sí, ya a las 5 de la mañana hay que estar en el campo de salida, porque aprovechan la fresca de la mañana para volar, es un espectáculo hermoso.
