Scooting Through The Day.

in PhotoFeed3 days ago

For some years now, it has become a norm here in my city, Aba, that Tuesdays mark the official kickstart to the week. After a laid-back Monday - (sit at home) which was initiated by the Indigenous People Of Biafra, IPOB, where routine seems to take a backseat, the city comes alive on Tuesdays. The roads and streets are filled with the hustle and bustle of daily life. Markets buzz with energy, and businesses swing into high gear. It's usually a beehive of activity.

Yesterday, October 14th was no different than other Tuesdays. The city was buzzing, with people going about their business. I was out in the field with my colleagues and our itinerary was Asa Road way down Port Harcourt Road.

On our way back, I spotted this guy riding on a scooter, just around the Ekeoha Shopping Center axis. He was enjoying his ride, weaving through traffic with impressive skill.

What really caught my attention was how he suddenly dashed out from a nearby street onto the main road, dodging and weaving through vehicles.

It was both thrilling and amusing to watch him navigate through that I couldn't resist capturing him on camera. You know I'm a photography enthusiast. Lol.

Damn, I almost missed the shots at first because he was speeding along, perhaps in hurry to get somewhere important. Good thing, I was seated at the front seat, enabling me have a good view to take some cool instantaneous shots. Lol.

Thankfully, the photos turned out great, and I'm glad to share them with you. I hope you like them.

The hustle and bustle of Aba on a Tuesday sounds intense. It made that scooter rider's skilled dodging and weaving all the more thrilling to witness 🙌 It was lucky you had that front seat for a perfect shot of the action! 💕

You got it. The city wears a different look on Tuesdays that you'd be lost in the crowd if you aren't careful. 😂

Indeed, it was thrilling to watch him scooting through the day in the street.

Thanks for coming around and do have a pleasant weekend ahead.
