Serenity
Serenity is the ability to remain calm even in the midst of stressful situations or great difficulties.
There are certain guidelines and actions that can be developed to achieve serenity. In the first place, we must try to find out what causes us to lose serenity and, consequently, to develop feelings of anxiety, frustration or sadness.
In this sense, it is advisable to engage in activities that not only clear our minds and serve to get away from the daily routine, but also to find that inner peace so necessary.
Enjoying the small pleasures of life is another really important measure we can take in this regard.
This pair of photographs belonging to my personal archive, were taken some years ago during a trip to Cubiro, a beautiful town located in the middle of the mountains of western Venezuela.
As I have described in previous posts, I process the original photographs using the editing tools offered in their free versions by the applications Picsart and Snapseed.
La serenidad es la capacidad de mantener la calma aún en medio de situaciones estresantes o grandes dificultades.
Existen ciertas pautas y acciones que se pueden desarrollar para lograr serenidad. En primer lugar, debemos procurar encontrar que es lo que nos provoca la pérdida de la serenidad, y en consecuencia, que desarrollemos sentimientos de ansiedad, frustración o tristeza.
En este sentido, es aconsejable realizar actividades que no sólo nos despejen y sirvan para alejarnos de la rutina diaria, sinó también, para encontrar esa paz interior tan necesaria.
También disfrutar de los pequeños placeres de la vida, es otra medida realmente importante que podemos tomar al respecto.
Este par de fotografías pertenecientes a mi archivo personal, las tomé algunos años atrás durante un paseo realizado a Cubiro, una hermosa población ubicada en medio de las montañas del occidente venezolano.
Como he descrito en posts anteriores, las fotografías originales las proceso haciendo uso de las herramientas de edición que ofrecen en sus versiones gratuitas las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed.
