I am already in west Africa, Nigeria precisely. I plan to visit Ibeno Beach this year which is in my state of origin, Akwa Ibom.
I hope sometime in the future, I will visit this beach in Cotonou and enjoy what nature gave to us.
I think that the Atlantic Ocean water progression toward this section where the trees have their root will only make difficult their growth.
Is the sea that far that water doesn't flow towards this area that is dry? It looks more like a desert.
It will be a pleasure to welcome you in Cotonou
Yes, it is still a long distance better the sea and the palm trees. Like you said, the progression of the wave from the Ocean reduce this distance and could negatively affect the growth of these palms tree.
Peace
Okay, I will that this as an invitation😊
If I get to Lagos, I don't think it's gonna be a far journey again for me cause i have read a couple of articles by tourists who traveled by land to Benin, Togo and Ghana.
Yes, the border was closed four months ago. However, there are still people being allowed to cross from Nigeria to Benin. I am sure that both side now have resolved the issues prior to the closure of the route and transit of material and person.
Okay, I will read about it to get the latest update. I wasn't aware.
You can sane at your own end.
