This is paddy stalk hanging on the main door of my home. People keep it in their home because they believe that it will help increase their prosperity, stable financial condition, and protect them from evil eyes. It is generally changed on Lakshmi Puja every year. Though I don't have any macro lens in my mobile device, I tried my best to capture macro image of Paddy stalk.
