The genre “street photography” relates to capture urban photography with the interaction of people with its surroundings. The image that I share here, can be framed in this category in spite of to be taken at the coast and not “on the streets” of the city.
It was taking during a holiday and the story that the photography “tells” is quite interesting. We can see a couple under a sun umbrella, a cyclist taking a selfie, other cyclist looking at his phone, and finally a woman preparing to set its tent.
The photo was taken in Antofagasta (Chile) using the camera of a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and edited in Gimp. I publish the image in color and black and white.
El genero de “street photography” se refiere a fotografía urbana y la interacción de la gente ante este entorno. La imagen que hoy comparto, se puede catalogar en ese genero, a pesar de no ser tomada “en la calle”, sino en la costa, en una ciudad ubicada frente al mar.
Esta fotografía muestra una historia bastante interesante relativa a un día de descanso. Pueden ver una pareja bajo un toldo en la arena, un ciclista tomándoselos una “selfie”, otro ciclista descansando viendo su celular, y finalmente una mujer preparando montar su toldo.
La foto fue tomada en Antofagasta con la cámara de un Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra y editada en Gimp. Publico la version en color y en blanco y negro.
