In this post, I share new images of the past Halloween. As I mentioned in a previous post, it is a festivity that is growing in popularity in many Latin American countries. Many people decorate, their houses especially for this occasion, and the children of the neighborhood dressed in customs ask for candies.
The photos were taken with the camera of a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and edited in Gimp.
With these images I am taking part in the PhotoFeed Contest - Street Photography #91 organized by @photofeed.

I don´t understand why even in Latin America, people prefer Halloween to the Mexican holiday Dia de Muertos. I actually find the latter more interesting and appealing :)

As far as I know, the "Día de los Muertos" is a big festivity only in Mexico (I do not know about the other Central American countries). In South America, it is not celebrated.
There was no tradition of Halloween in this part of the world, only in last decades its popularity has been increasing. Maybe, it is due to commercial and cultural influences.
@phortun, thanks for your comment and support.
Unfortunately, your invoke to tipu, did not work.
Sorry, let me try again...
