My entry below was shot at Comuna 13 of Medellín, the impressive eternal-spring city of Colombia. It looks a bit like the place in your head image here :), wondering where that is?

Oh and thats a good question, I'm not entirely sure haha. Its from the adobe sample image collection from express. But yeah, it could very likely be the same location! :D
