This time I want to share a photo that contains a type of fish with an unusual shape. However, it has a myriad of benefits not many consumers know in particular.
Eel is one type of fish with an unusual shape. Even most of them are disgusted to see this type of fish. This fish is a substitute for the form of a snake which is forbidden to eat. With such a form, apparently this eel has many benefits that are not widely known to the general public.
The benefits of the eel itself include the highest source of protein, contains iron, a high calorie source, rich in vitamins, a source of phosphorus, helps increase immunity and contains arginine which can inhibit the growth of cancer cells in the breast.
This eel was caught in our pond yesterday while drying. To catch this one fish is very difficult because this fish likes to hide in the mud, especially the shape and atmosphere of the skin which is very slippery with the typical mucus it has.
After two days of being stored in a cork box, this eel finally moved directly to its master. Alhamdulillah for all the sustenance from this unexpected side.
