I'm writing this post as a Seed Post for a place to group ideas and discussion around the creation/minting of KLU, the New Age DApps / Matrix-8 Solution Community token (to be), the Airdrop, and subsequent Distribution of KLU's.

Assuming New Age DApps mint the New Age DApps / Matrix-8 KLU token on Hive-Engine (a side chain on Hive) we could airdrop (claimed airdrop) all active (definition of active to be defined) said Hive and Hive-Engine token holder users with a fixed amount of KLU tokens, as these users would be adding value to the Matrix-8 network by immediately increasing the network membership (to receive KLU's one has to be a member of "the mob" (ie. a M8), and by having already taken the first step necessary to join the New Age DApps Hive Community.
Rather than the airdrop being based on Hive and Hive-engine users coin holdings, I propose a fixed number (say 50) KLU's for each active HIVE/HP holder and if the user is also an active Hive-Engine token holder, then an additional 50 KLU's.
Blacklisted and Alt accounts could be excluded from the claimable airdrop, with an appeal process. Those who are airdropped and subsequently found to be alt accounts could perhaps have the tokens revoked, again subject to consensus and appeal.
By offering a claimable airdrop in this way, only people who will actually take some steps to join the mob (become a M8 - ie. a signed up member of The New Age DApps Matrix-8 Solution network) will receive the Airdrop (and increase the amount of the airdrop by taking further steps as described below.
There could be an additional 50 KLU's added to the airdrop for each active HIVE user who joins the Matrix-8 General Discussion room using Element.io secure messenger app (download required), or 25 KLU's if joining the Telegram bridge room with Telegram. Additional 50 KLU's for joining Matrix-8 Cause Group 001 (Element only encrypted room).
The airdrop could be scheduled for say 3-6 months away, allowing time to promote the airdrop through many different channels, and would also have the benefit of onboarding new Hive/Leo users.
After the airdrop new users could still claim the same KLU quantities by completing the above actions.
Further KLU's will be issued for recruitment as briefly described in this comment
Further KLU's can then be distributed to those making posts(and comments) which help increase the value of the network, in both the New Age DApps Hive community and in the Element/Matrix Discussion and Cause Groups.
Remember, much of what we are currently presenting may change as we grow membership in our Group. And if you join us as a Member, you will have a voice in determining the details of the rules and regulations of our KLU tokens. Basically, all our Members in congress assembled—the Mob (definition of "the mob" in this Tokenomics post) —make up their own rules as they go along. This is known as Associative Anarchy.
