Don't Run Away From Stress: Manage It.

in Hive Learners2 days ago

Hello to all hive users 🤗❤️🙏
Hope you all are healthy and doing great in your life🙂

In today's fast-paced life, stress has become a common occurrence. You may have noticed that people live under stress, and very few are stress-free. Start with small children. When they are born, they are stress-free for about three years. You may have noticed how happy they are and enjoy themselves to the fullest, as per their age. But when they start school, their lives become a little more stressful, as they have never experienced these things before. Then, as the classes progress, the study load increases, and the stress level also increases. If we look at it, there are two types of stress: good stress and bad stress. The good choice is considered correct, because it is the stress that is especially experienced by those who are worried about their future or are stressed about achieving something. For example, if a student wants to top their class, stress is good because they'll need to figure out why they're not able to top the class and then manage those things so they can top the class with the highest marks. We should have good stress in our lives because it keeps you constantly aware of your goals and keeps you striving to achieve them.

Secondly, Bad stress is harmful because it occurs when you feel helpless, exhausted, and defeated by life. This type of stress should not be present in your life, because when stress gradually increases in your life, it can lead to many types of illnesses, not just physical illnesses, but also many mental illnesses, which are even more dangerous.

Many times, what we perceive as stress is actually just our perspective. People who view stress negatively allow it to overwhelm them, but those who see it in a positive light learn a great deal from it and it transforms their lives. Let's understand this with an example. Imagine a student who is currently in 12th grade and needs to crack an entrance exam to get admission to a good college and a good course. He knows that to achieve this goal, he will have to work very hard and make many sacrifices. Now, in one sense, he will experience stress because he may not have done anything like this before. However, if he looks at it from another point of view, he will realize how much his life will change if he achieves his goal and how it will secure his future, preventing any problems in his future career.

On the other hand, there is another boy who has the same goal, but he is taking on too much stress, which is overwhelming him. As a result, he will neither be able to study properly for his current class nor for his goal, and stress will always be a constant in his life because he hasn't channeled that stress in the right direction; he has completely misdirected it. Stress often comes into your life as a catalyst for change, and knowing how to channel it correctly is a skill that everyone should possess. Otherwise, stress will overpower you, and your life will take a completely different turn.
Our mindset should be such that we can use stress as a catalyst for making changes in our lives, because this stress is very important for bringing about significant changes. Stress in life is what keeps you aware that you still have much to achieve and that you need to continuously strive towards your goals. If you ignore stress or think that you won't be able to handle it, then you might avoid it today, but tomorrow it will appear in a much bigger and more dangerous form. Therefore, don't be afraid of stress; instead, learn how to manage it.
