Friends, there are many different moments in our lives. Sometimes we feel joy, and sometimes sadness. And so, our lives are filled with different kinds of emotions. Some days, we're so busy that we don't even have time to eat. Conversely, there are times when we become so bored that even an hour seems like just a few minutes.
Whenever we're bored, we look for something to do. Sometimes we find something that completely relieves our boredom, but sometimes we just can't seem to do anything, and that's the most difficult time. Imagine a time when it's summer, there's no electricity, your mobile phone isn't charged, and you don't have any friends in your room. Think about how you'll manage during such a boring time. I often get bored, and to distract myself from eating, I either watch a movie or do some household chores. As the topic asks if I've ever regretted doing something during my budget period, I'm going to share an incident from my life where I did something I deeply regret while I was bored.

So, this happened about three years ago. It was July, and the monsoons had already begun. I had a holiday from work that day, and I didn't have much to do because during the rainy season, there's no outdoor activity, and you can't go out anywhere because it can rain at any time, which can sometimes cause problems. Now, I was at home and alone. Usually, I had a web series or movie to watch, but that day, I didn't have any web series to pass the time, and I was quite bored. I felt like cooking something spicy at home and enjoying a delicious meal during the rainy season, but when I looked in the kitchen, I couldn't find anything I could cook and eat. Then I remembered that there was a restaurant a short distance from our house that served delicious fast food. I looked outside and saw that the weather was getting a little bad, but it didn't seem like it was going to rain, but it seemed it would rain sometime or by evening. That restaurant was about 9 kilometers from our house. I decided to get some fast food from there and eat it at home. I had eaten a light breakfast that morning, so I was getting hungry. It was around 1:00 pm, so I locked the house, took out my scooter, and headed towards the restaurant.
As I was driving to the restaurant, it started to rain lightly. At first, I thought I'd turn back, but my hunger couldn't control itself, so I sped up and reached the restaurant in the light rain. I parked the scooter and ordered the fast food from the restaurant. The uncle told me it was crowded, so it would take some time. I waited for a while and sat inside. In about 20 minutes, my order was ready and packed. I paid and came out. The rain was still light, so I put the food in the scooter's trunk and headed home. About 3 kilometers up the road, I noticed that the rear tire was slipping. At first, I thought it might be due to the rain, but it was much more severe. I stopped the scooter and realized the rear tire was punctured. Suddenly, the rain began to fall heavily, and I didn't have a raincoat or umbrella. I was stuck in the middle of nowhere, unable to go home because my scooter wouldn't even reach there. Even if I went downhill, it would still be pouring, and there wasn't a puncture repair shop nearby. I was at a loss as to where to go, as this road was a narrow road with no shops nearby, and nothing where I could escape the rain. The rain began to intensify, so I decided to head down to the restaurant and sit there for a while, hoping to find some help. I reached the restaurant, parking it on the side and standing under the shed. My food was still in the trunk, and I was completely unaware of it. Then I asked the restaurant owner if there was any puncture repair shop nearby, he said that there was a puncture repair shop about 10 km away from here. I told him my problem and he gave me its number. I called that person and he said that he would be able to come only after the rain stopped. It rained continuously for about 2 hours and till then I was stuck there. After about 2 hours when the rain stopped a bit, I called again and he said that he would come in a while. After about half an hour that person came to me and repaired the tyre and filled air with a portable pump and the puncture of the scooter tyre was repaired.
I was quite upset for about 3 hours and I kept thinking again and again that if I had not been so bored and had not been so craving for food
Maybe I wouldn't have had so much trouble. It's something I regret a lot, and even now, whenever something like this happens, I remember the moment and avoid going out, especially during the rainy season.
