You're absolutely right. Our families are expected to be our well-wishers and our biggest supporters, but as time goes on people are becoming more and more distant and selfish. Now there are infighting, jealousy, sabotage inside families as well. Well. And so I guess the fact that we should be respecting our families through everything like before isn't the best course of action right now. Rather we need to be able to evaluate what's actually good and what is sabotage.
Hmm. They suppose to be our supporters but sometimes they become the obstacles on our way. It should not be like that but that is how it is. In fact such a situation occur many times. Moreover, I really don't like when family members specially parents try to make decision for us without even asking us. There should be a boundary for it.
In the end everyone really cares about themselves. Little do they put family in front of their own agendas anymore. So I guess it's far too generous for us to do it for them.
