For several months, I have been trying to learn the procedure of converting hive to fiat.
For one reason or the other, I haven’t been able to learn it yet. This learning has been quite halting.
When I have time to learn, the mentors are busy. When the mentors are available, I am not free. When both of us are free, there are some other obstacles in the pathway.
Once, I started to learn the use of the Binance. In the midway, I found out I needed a bank account. I don’t have my own. I thought I would be adding my brother’s and that would be fine to use.
When I moved to adding the account’s details, Oooooops. I was allowed to edit every option except that of the account’s name.
The Binance App had filled it up on its own with my name. And it was unable to be edited 🤦♀️. It meant I needed some bank account that is on my name. The learning could move on further only when I make an account of mine.
Instead of opening a bank account, I thought of making an account on a mobile app.
I started the venture.
I installed the app. Then, I moved on towards verification. It asked for my mobile number. I entered. Ooooops..... It wanted the sim in the same device to read the OTP sent by the service.
The sim was in another device and couldn’t remove it immediately from that device. Aaaaah! More wait.
After some days, I moved the sim to the current device. I started the registration process again. This time ...... God knows what the issue was! The registration failed. The three available chances for the registration expired 😵💫
After some more days, I tried to register again. This time, my mobile number was verified, but when I moved for CNIC verification......... the scan was not accepted. Even after multiple attempts. Huuuuuuuuh!
Today, I again tried to register. I opened the app and looked into it thoroughly but couldn’t make out which option to go for completing the verification process.
Finally, I decided to uninstall the app and then reinstalled it. Afterwards, I moved on for the verification process. Voila, it hardly took five minutes for completion of the process this time.
Yaaaaay, it was done.
Registration and verification process shouldn’t be problematic at the very first place; but it proved so for me.
I contemplated the situation and realised that we never know what people pass through in accomplishment of something.
There might be things that are really easy to do, but for unknown reasons, they may be quite tiresome for the performer.
That’s why we should be considerate, instead of being judgemental.
Anyway, I am really happy for today’s accomplishment. A Sublime Sunday, indeed.
I have moved a step closer to the learning of hive transactions.
I hope I will soon be able to convert my hive earning into the money that I can use to fulfil the needs of my real life.
The joy that I had when I could convert my crypto to fiat was surreal because I have always given to buyers to trade for me and you know they will deduct their percentage too. The issue of Binance getting me verified took me over a year to do and it pissed me off that I uninstalled the app for over a year and when the reason to install again came on, I had no choice but to download and that time, I decided I would be verified come what may, and at an instant, I was verified. I jumped for joy that day because that began my journey to doing those things myself instead of contacting someone to sell to. It has been easy since then and I learnt something too.
I can imagine the joy that would come to you when you would be independent of anyone in your transaction.
Binance asking for verification also stopped me for a long time but there is no way out. I finally did.
There is still a lot I need to learn before making my first transaction. I hope I would be successful

Congratulations on your success. It pays a lot when one trades by themselves. It will give you a faster transaction and you even got to learn more on how the exchange works so you won’t be limited to trading hives alone but buying and selling of other coins too.
