Awesome shots! It's a lynx spider, female from what I can tell. They're not harmful to humans. Their bite might hurt a little, like a needle prick, but their venom is medically insignificant. They're not considered dangerous and are actually really good to have around.

but one of my friends who got a bite from the spider had to stay in the hospital.

There could be several reasons for that. Mostly, when that happens, is because the bite gets infected and the bacteria causes the illness, not the venom. A lot of the times, people realise they've been bitten by something, see a spider, then just assume it was the spider when it could have been anything else that bit them. It could also be a mild allergic reaction. The venom of a lynx spider itself isn't significant to the average person, though. Hope your friend is doing well now and has recovered.
