That is an important key. In addition to digital media, analog sources such as books, magazines, or personal conversations should also be used. The way information is absorbed should be as diverse as the sources themselves. It is equally important to schedule time for offline phases. Similar to eating, the mind needs time to process information before new information can be absorbed.
Albert Einstein said that a person would be torn apart at the speed of light. With the internet, we have accelerated our communication to the speed of light – everywhere, anytime, without pause. Now we are seeing how this speed is tearing societies, peoples, and states apart.
