I want to have the ability to transfer or copy the superpowers of anybody to myself and render them back human. I would be the Super Zapper, someone who can choose to take away any superpower if they are found misusing it.

Reminds me of when Avatar Aang took all the powers of 'the evil Fire Lord; ozai' in season 3.
