Like my tribe would say, you can't hold out your fist and expect to be able to grab a thing. It means, you cannot expect to receive when you don't give, and in reality, the ability to reach out to people brings you more luck and connect, of course, the circle of a responsible set would help one thrive.
It is no doubt that this luck only finds them that do these things diligently because, reaching out with the hope of having back only earns one disappointment.
