One good rule the government of the world can make is to make public transportation more reliable. I know for a fact that if we had a reliable public transport system, many people won't bother to buy cars. And with more people choosing to travel by bus or trains, there will be less vehicles on the road and as such, less pollution

But they are not going to do it because they would lose a lot of money in concessions and equipment due to planned obsolescence, and their business would be ruined. But in an ideal world they should offer quality subway and surface transportation systems, as they do in Taiwan, and the other large technological metropolises.
Well, we've seen clearly that these guys don't give a damn about us, and anything they do is only towards their own ends. Just pathetic.
They are psychopaths, and as long as the population is not educated to combat them, we will have a world with people who follow the herd. More people are needed with critical thinking, capable of promoting a productive society, who combat these sick systems.
