When it comes to public hospitals, the waiting list is always disheartening. You'll see a long queue of patients who are just trying to see a doctor like you. And the staff are moving about as if they don't even care. That's why many prefer to self-medicate just to avoid this.

You reminded me of the time I went to this same health center, which is practically next door to my house, to take a covid test. I got there at 2 in the afternoon and the test results were delivered at 8 in the evening. It was awful waiting so long... yet another very negative experience.
