I am so delighted to be participating in this week's prompt, check your finance. It is very important that we should budget our spending this season when spending always remembers that the new year comes with a lot of billing. It is very important, as we are celebrating Christmas, that we should try our best to make the budget pocket friendly.
Christmas is a season of love. It is a season that unites friends and family together. It is a season that is full of enjoyment and merriment. It is no longer a new story that during this season people spend a lot of money. Even when you want to purchase some items in the market, you will realize that the purchase of the commodity has been doubled.
It is very necessary that we put our finances in check. I always plan myself ahead of time; if there is something I don’t like, it is being broke. That is why I always plan the way I spend money during Christmas, the way people spend money during this season, as if the world ends on Christmas, then forget that life goes on after Christmas.
One thing I do every Christmas is budgeting. I plan myself very well. Seriously, since I started budgeting, it has really helped me a lot. No matter what happens, I can never spend more than my budget; it has always helped me to manage my spending. One thing I love about myself is I cut my coats according to my size; I don’t spend to please anyone. I believe that I don’t owe anyone an apology; I always think of what tomorrow holds.
Another thing is I spend my money on the things that are very important, that is, my needs and not my wants. This thing has really helped me to discipline my spending since, once the festive season approaches, every commodity in the market becomes very expensive. I always buy whatever I will need for Christmas before the festive period approaches.
We should always put our finances in check; planning ahead and living with a budget is really nice. Christmas is not about spending; it is a season of love. It is very important for us to put our finances in check; we should not be carried away by the festive season. We should always remember that there is a new year ahead of us.
We can still enjoy your Christmas on a low key; you must not overspend. All in the Christmas for me to enjoy my new year, I need to avoid unnecessary spending. I am trying my very best to avoid overspending this festive period because January comes with a lot of things, both house rates and school fees. I would not like to put myself into debt.
