I once chanced upon a that reads true success is about working towards meaningful goals and dreams as part of our task in the newbies initiative program I and my partner have been asked to talk on our goals on have within the next three months so I would like to take you a a little journey on my goals on this platform within the next three months.
Meet my partner Edwin john chinonso @edwincj he is a young champ who just finished his secondary schooling education he is from the northern part of Nigeria and currently a jambite apply for further studies to the university of Lagos state Nigeria He is a lover of soccer.
Having done a little introduction of my partner we discussed on our various hive goals within the next three month and my partner and he said he plans to increase his followership to 150 and in order to achieve this he will engage other people's post by voting and commenting and also reblogging quality posts
On the other hand I added that for a post to be quality it has to be 300 words and above with quality content
Now my hive goal within the next three months is to actively engage in the newbies initiative and perform all the tasks as the program curriculum is a vast and rich one that will show hive beginners on how to navigate achieve their goals
Based on this there was a meeting held on the smile discord channel which in which our facilitator @starstrings01 talked about setting SMART GOALS
S- specific
M- measurable
A- attainable
R- relavant
T- time bound
So after careful though down @corneliusoke discovered he. haven't engaged enough so within the next three months his goal is to explore his creativity by writing quality contents to achieve this he will actually participate in the weekly topics
He will also engage in the posts of others by commenting and upvoting and reblogging quality content
He @cornelius is aware of the impact the newbies initiative has had on the skills of those that have actively gone through the programme and he is willing to see it through and make sure he makes the most of it so as to become a better hiver
The goal is to see that by the end of three months I have a minimum of (200 HP) and to achieve this he will engage the use of quality photos and graphics and an improved story telling ability.
