Rajma Cutlets – Tasty and Healthy Snack for the Whole Family

Today I’m sharing my favorite recipe – Rajma Cutlets. Rajma is full of protein and gives a nice taste to anything you make with it. These cutlets are crispy from the outside, soft inside, and super yummy. The best part? They’re healthy too!

In my house, everyone loves rajma – whether it’s rajma chawal, rajma salad, or these cutlets. My kids enjoy them the most, and even my husband asks for more whenever I make them. So if you want to make something tasty and healthy at the same time, try this recipe once!

🌿 Ingredients

1 cup boiled rajma (kidney beans)

2 boiled potato

1 small onion (finely chopped)

2 green chili

7-8 garlic cloves

1/2" Ginger

2 bread pieces

1 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon garam masala

1/2 teaspoon chat masala

1/2 teaspoon kasuri methi

5-6 black pepper

1/2 carrot

1/2 capsicum

Coriander leaves

Salt as per taste

Oil for shallow frying

Step by step recipe:

First, finely chop the onion, carrot, and capsicum.

Now, in a grinder, crush the ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, black pepper, coriander leaves, and green chili without adding any water. Now, put 2 slices of bread in the grinder and grind them.

After that, take the boiled rajma and boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash them well.

Mix the ground masala into the mashed rajma and potato paste. Then add chat masala, kasuri methi, and garam masala.

Add chopped onion, carrot , capsicumand salt and everything mix well.

Make small balls from the mixture and press them to give a cutlet shape.

Heat some oil in a pan and fry the cutlets on medium flame till both sides turn golden and crisp.

Serve hot with chutney and onion rings

These rajma cutlets are healthy, tasty, and perfect for evening snacks. Make them once, and your kids and family will love them. Simple, quick, and full of flavor—this recipe will surely win hearts!
