That’s a great perspective... and honestly, you make a solid point! HBD savings is definitely attractive for lower risk and set-it-and-forget-it returns.
I think curation appeals more to those who enjoy being active on the platform or want to build influence over time. But yeah, for bigger capital, HBD’s fixed 15% is hard to beat! 😊
I agree, curation is probably not for big investors, but maybe for small investors who have large appetite for risk can embrace Hive volatility and have genuine interest in writing and reading. For example to get noticed you bring in a few thousand dollars buy Hive stake it and you have instant credibility that you are not here just to milk author rewards, you start earning a little on your staked Hive via curation but you earn more in author rewards and stake those compounding the author rewards and that is how you beat the 15% HBD return :)

Absolutely! That’s a smart strategy... staking to build credibility and reinvesting in your growth here.
Hive definitely rewards consistency and intention over time. 💪 Ultimately, it’s up to us to make it work. IMHO, success on this platform really depends on how well a user stays on track and maintains focus. 🙂
