Hello hivers, welcome to my blog and I bring to you on today’s creative Sunday the Nigerian jollof rice, fried chicken and fried tilapia fish.
This meal is a loveable meal by every Nigerian and even outside Nigeria, I’m going to be showing you step by step how I made mine.

INGREDIENTS
Fresh tomatoes
Fresh peppers & onion’s
Rice
Chicken
Fish
Vegetable oil
Seasoning
Tin tomatoes

JOLLOF RICE

In a clean pot, put some cups of rice add a moderate amount of water and boil till its half cooked, set the rice aside, put the pot on heat and allow to hot, then pour two cooking spoon of vegetable oil, allow to get hot then add sliced onions and fry for a minute, then add tin tomatoes and fry, fry this for about 3 minutes before adding the blended tomatoes, chicken stock and seasoning of choice.

After that allow the tomato & pepper mix to boil for like 7 minutes before adding the half cooked rice and moderate amount of water, taste and add extra seasoning if needed and give it a good mix, put on high heat and allow to cook.

FRIED CHICKEN

cut into smaller size, wash and put in a clean pot, add seasoning cubes, onion, salt, curry powder, garlic and ginger, chicken spice, allow to simmer, remove from heat and filter out the stock, the fry on medium heat till each side is a golden brown.

FRIED TILAPIA FISH

Firstly this fish has got skales all over its skin, so you have to take your time and remove all the skales, cut into sizes and wash them, then place them in a filter, then add fish spice, seasoning cubes, a pinch of salt and dried pepper, mix everything with fish and allow water to drop out from the fish by leaving it in filter for some minutes, after that you can fry to your satisfaction.

Here you have your delicious hot jollof rice, fried chicken and fish.

This is really tantalizing, I can perceive the aroma of this delicacy from my phone screen and I can tell that you have put in so much effort to make this nice meal.

I haven't had tilapia fish in a while, permit me to take one from the plate. Thanks for sharing your recipe with us.

I always see that fish but never knew it is called a tilapia fish.
I'm sure you didn't spend so much time getting it done.
Well done

So amazing

That tilapia was my favorite dish at the Nigerian bar in Tokyo

It’s really nice, but I’m not a fan of it, as I don’t really eat fresh fish, that plate was for my elder brother 😉

I'm obsessed to the fried tilapia, that's one of my favorite dish. Look so yummy😍

It's been a long time since I ate tilapia fish 🐟. This is really looking so delicious 😋. Nigeria jollof rice is a good for all. People approach the preparation differently but I love your style.

This is nice with lots of proteins
