Yes all these are true @barryjennifer but for me aside from earning joining the hive is learning. Learning this since I now started to develop my writing skills. Second I found hive as one way of socializing with people coming from different races or countries. Different people all over the world respect everyone's culture, lifestyle, views, and opinions.
