RE: Money Driven: Would You Do Anything For A Million Dollars?

in Hive Learnerslast year

Even if I was offered 1 million dollars, I’d never kill for it. Sometimes I wonder how those Murderers sleep peacefully at night.

You and I don't sleep peacefully if we hurt a dog on the road because we have a conscience. And the beautiful thing about conscience is that it makes us feel guilt. Guilt in turn is why you and I know will not hurt a soul.

I feel like these people that kill for money are far beyond redemption. I mean...on paper, they could still redeem themselves if they put in the work, but in my eyes, anyone that has ever taken human life for pure evil intent just can't go back. How do you sit down and take time to plan an entire murder and along the entire planning process, your guilt doesn't kick in even once to see the madness and lack of empathy in your plans?

Man! It is very surprising! Like, how tf would you sharpen a knife, and slice a human being’s throat? Man! Those people have a reserved place in hell.
