Running Eliminates our Boredom.

Hi Hivelearners friends.

I hope you all are well, I am also well, so today we have been given an interesting tip that what do we all do to end our boredom? If we are sitting here in the same room and do nothing different, then the most harm is done to our health. Our mental health is destroyed and due to which our health starts deteriorating and good health starts to end. So what I want to say here is that in the coming time,

We are all seeing that the world is developing very fast and one of the biggest disadvantages of this is that mobile phones have brought us closer to ourselves, but now we do not meet many people and we are giving all our time only to this mobile phone. We have come close to all the people in the world, but we have become distant from us and our relatives who live in our neighborhood,

So due to this, mental depression is increasing a lot. So when I too get bored while sitting in the room, this is the only thing that makes me happy after doing it. And when my health improves, I try to get out there and run again. If we do not take this thing seriously and sit in our room all day, then the damage is quite great because now we do not want to meet many people because of mobile phones and then we get bored.

And look at one room after another, we start feeling depressed and our health deteriorates. Therefore, it is better that we should leave the mobile world for some time and go outside, see the beauty there, meet new people. When we meet new people, we get to know about their lives and then we tell them about our lives. This makes us much more relaxed. We have money, a nice house, everything,

But if we don't have peace of mind, things will become much more difficult for us in the future. And here we have to do something like this: if we can go out of the house due to some compulsion, then we should make something of our own choice at home or do some household chores so that our mind changes and those thoughts that cause us mental distress don't come to our minds. I do some work here which keeps me busy and then mental tensions and the things that are circulating in my mind a lot sometimes make us not want to think about them. So it is better that if we live alone at home and are worried about ourselves, we should keep ourselves busy with household chores or go outside for running. If we keep doing small things here, we will also have less mental depression and then we will be able to manage all these things well.

So here I am saying that we have to keep the mobile world for some time and the real world that is going on around us, we have to love them now, we have to talk to them, we have to know each other's affairs, only then will we start liking things.
