𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝕊𝕖𝕡𝕥 𝕓𝕪 𝕤𝕥𝕖𝕡:

  • To start the preparation, let's start with the plantains. Remove the peel, peel them and proceed to cut them into slices.

  • Place the plantain slices in a pot and cover them with water. Place the pot over high heat and wait until the water boils and the plantains soften.

  • Once the bananas are very soft, place them in a suitable container and mash them with a fork until the desired consistency is reached, then add the butter and make sure they are completely mashed and integrated.

  • Add the eggs, stir and mix very well.

  • Add the powdered oregano and the pinch of salt to the mixture.

  • Add the chia seeds and mix them with the previous ingredients.

  • Add the sesame seeds and incorporate them into the mixture.

  • Add sugar and baking powder.

  • Now it is time to add to our banana bread mixture the oat flakes together with the wheat flour.

  • Turn the oven on at 180º C, grease the baking pans and place the mixture in each one.

  • Transfer to the oven and cook for approximately 40 minutes.

    • Once the indicated time has elapsed, remove the bread from the oven and let it cool. Carefully unmold and then cut into portions, ready to serve and enjoy with a delicious cup of coffee!
    • A thousand blessings.
