From my perspective, making juice on the spot is more beneficial than preparing and storing it long-term. You’re right, fruits are crucial. An apple a day keeps the doctor away, helping reduce medical bills. I didn’t include fruits earlier because I was caught up in meal prep details, and their simplicity seemed obvious, so I skipped them.
