The purpose of this archetype is to allow the United States to access our note case, and to allow the United States to conduct any transactions such as: user transfers, power-ups, and power-downs.

Though I understood what you were trying to say here, I just don’t understand what you meant by “the United state”.. What is the United state?

Also, the Master key and the Owner key is the same thing.
