This kaffir lime has a sweet flesh taste that is different from the kaffir lime in general which has a very sour taste. Not only the taste is different, but the color of the meat is also different, which is white.
In general, the name of kaffir lime must have a few seeds inside. This sweet kaffir lime has no seeds, although there may be only two or three seeds in one fruit. The size of the fruit is slightly larger than the usual kaffir lime
The shape and color are the same as regular kaffir limes. There are many wrinkles on the skin. When it is young the skin is thick and when it is ripe or old the skin has thinned a little, not too thick like an unripe fruit. The fruit is green when it is young and when it is ripe the color changes to yellowish green.
The tree is also not too high, about two meters and on the branches there are many branches so that it looks very lush. It is suitable for us to plant in the yard, it is not risky because there are not many thorns, not like kaffir limes in general.
