Her First Step Was Bold.
I have been a lover of babies since when I became matured enough to be able to watch over one. All baby are cute and attractive except if they are not being properly taken care of by the parents.
Do you want to see a perfect and genuine smile? Stay around babies and you would wish you were as free as they are. The child is one creature I know to be very genuine and sincere. It doesn't worry about anything else, even if the whole earth is quaking, it doesn't concern a child, all it needs is food and attention. It doesn't have concerns about the pressure and competition of life. It's mind is free and calm. There are so many lessons we need to learn about children that can help us live a healthy and happy life but time would not permit me to go into that.
When you love someone so much every step of progress that the person takes would be a thing of joy to you. I witness one occasion when My sister's baby took a bold step that got everyone in the house so excited;
She walked.
Growth is in stages, it starts from sitting, then crawling, standing and finally walking. There's no parent on earth that doesn't get so excited when their kids pass through these processes at the right time. God is wonderful, he created everyone uniquely, some children take longer time to complete that process, and when it finally happens, it becomes like heaven on Earth, and on the other hand, some children take the normal time.
My elder sister's first baby almost lived all her childhood life in our house, before they moved to plateau state, her husband was always busy at the office and my sister doesn't like staying at home alone, so she visits us almost everyday.
Those days her baby was just about ten months, it was a girl, she is very beautiful and attractive, such that compelled not just me but everyone that sees her to carry her. I was not so opportuned to witness the very day she started sitting and crawling and standing. But fortunate enough it was before my very eyes she made the first step to walk.
I don't know if it's true but, I discovered that when children are with their peers they tend to learn things fast, that day she was with other children who were already walking, while they were still playing and singing to her , she stood and made a step to grab the person who was standing, and singing before her. It was a very fast one, she made like two to three steps and she fell. It was a joyful moment I had to call her mom to the scene. You know kids when she noticed that everyone was there to watch her, and was cheering her up she stood and made another move to catch the person in front of her again.
It was such a beautiful moment, I could perceive the joy in the heart of the young child as she made that move. It was that day I know that everyone in life wants to progress, but we are being held down by forces, forces of fear of failure and getting injured. But look at the life of that young baby, she fell but she didn't stay to the ground, she refused to allow the accolades which signifies the resources that was put into her life to go in vain, she rose and gave it a try again.
In life also, we need others to rise, without those kids who gave the little baby enough motivation to overcome her fears she might take another month before she starts walking. Let's be shoulders for others to rise, let's be the reason why someone will take that bold step too in life.
In conclusion, let us be our brothers keepers, not just those we know but even strangers. Some people were not able to breakforth into destiny because they lack enough motivation, we are all injured in one way or the other, not everyone is strong enough to raise his head after he falls to the ground but with you around, he/she might find hope again.

Seriously, I noticed children that have other kids around them tend to progress towards growth faster than those that are been carried around by their parents always.

Definitely if you want to see a unique smile we can only get it from babies not a fake one. Those creatures are lovely to stay with. Thanks bro for sharing
