Heheh.. I love this, thanks for giving me morale again. I will onboard as many as I can as well, it's left for them to choose whether to be serious or not. You have to make time for it boss, if you keep wishing, time will never come by. I understand how busy you are. But if you want to build the chain, then you must be willing to sacrifice for it.

That's the word. But then it means one will be forfeiting other things, which is just as important or even more important, for it. We will just find a way to balance it a bit.
