I guess it goes both ways but in both cases it is definitely a blessing. I mean an agreement that prevents partner from hijacking your property and wealth or an agreement that prevents you from inheriting spouse debt, I still see no distinctive reason why it is a curse, it is only a curse to those with negative agenda in marriage.

yea many seas it as a curse , but obviously because of the intentions they've in the future and that's why they're against it.
