Since technology has arrived in the world of work, various changes have been seen in which there has been a reduction in personnel, which is very true, but at the same time new careers have emerged where the machine may have productivity but must be managed and supervised. by a human, then this is where the new birth of the career is where you have to learn from the new technology so as not to be displaced but to be able to manage it, even to create this technology and automate it.
We must see AI, not as a threat but as new opportunities for advances, where new changes, automation and advances can arise, that we only have to adapt as we have done until now and learn to be on par with these new advances where We can rely on it and get the best out of it.
But in what has so far been seen on social networks that AI is going to displace humans, that it will eliminate several jobs, only seeing the bad side of technology, in that what is coming is not great advances but of great losses, we cannot ignore the fact that there will be a reduction in personnel in some areas, but there are also new opportunities that we are seeing, the best moment in which we can experience it is today, it is now, we are all experiencing it. these new changes, where we see opportunities and not obstacles.
Among the new careers that can occur with AI advances:
AI Ethics: Companies are introducing new advances that are coming every year, this as I mentioned before must be supervised by humans, where they are vigilant in case this new technology meets the legal requirements and standards, then the authorized person must be up to date and be a cybersecurity expert to see if it complies with legal standards and ethics.
Designer of Artificial Systems: If we have observed that new technology is born every day, in turn that does not stay there, but continues every day giving new advances and growth, these are new opportunities where we must learn from this area to be able to design new advances.
Cybersecurity. Every day there are new cyber attacks that make it possible to break the security of artificial intelligence, which is why this is a race that must be active, because a new way to control these attacks has to be created.
Artificial intelligence engineering: It is focused on algorithm development so that it can be developed in other areas, be it medicine, robotics or others.
These would be some career areas where, in my opinion, humans should be present with the advances in this technology. For me, AI should always be supervised by humans, yes, you can do tasks that humans do, but it should always be supervised by humans.
Can AI be without human supervision?
We can know that artificial intelligence makes significant advances every day, making the world have great potential at its service, but even though it is very advanced, it must always be supervised by humans.

El mundo cada dia sigue avanzando de forma muy rápida en donde debe ir adecuando a los cambios que cada día están surgiendo, unos de los grandes avances que ha hecho modificaciones es la Inteligencia Artificial (IA), pero a su vez estado cambiando el panorama laboral, en donde se han sentido amenazados de ser por la tecnología.
Desde que la tecnología ha llego al mundo laboral se ha visto los diversos cambios en donde ha existido la reducción de personal, eso muy cierto, pero al mismo tiempo han surgido nuevas carreras en donde la maquina podrá tener la productividad pero debe ser manejada y supervisada por un humano, entonce aquí es donde esta el nuevo nacimiento de la carrera en donde hay que aprender de la nueva tecnología para no ser desplazado sino que poderla manejar, hasta de crear esta tecnología automatizarla.
Debemos ver la IA, no como una amenaza sino como nuevas oportunidades de avances, en donde puede surgir nuevos cambios, de automatización y avances, que solo debemos adaptarnos como hasta ahora lo hemos hechos y aprender estar a la par con estos nuevos avances en donde podamos apoyarnos en ella y sacar el mejor el provecho.
Pero en lo que hasta los momentos se ha visto en las redes sociales en que la IA va a desplazar a los humanos, que eliminara varios trabajo, solo viendo el lado malo de la tecnología, en que lo que se viene no es de grandes avances sino de grandes pérdidas, no se puede hacer un lado que si va a ver reducción de personal en algunas áreas, pero también son nuevas oportunidades que estamos viendo, en el mejor momento en que podemos vivirla nosotros es hoy, es ahora, estamos viviendo todos estos nuevos cambios, en donde vemos oportunidades y no obstáculo.
Entre los nuevas carreras que se pueden dar con los avances de la IA:
Etica IA: Las empresas están ingresando cada los nuevos avances que se vienen ano, esto como mencione anteriormente debe ser supervisadas por los humanos, en donde esta vigilante por si esta nuevas tecnología cumples con los requisitos y normas legales, entonces la persona autorizada debe estar al día y ser un ciberseguridad de esta para observar si cumple con los normas y eticas legales.
Diseñador de sistemas Artificiales: Si hemos observando que cada día nace nuevos tecnología, a su vez eso no se queda ahi, sino que sigue cada dia dando nuevos avances y crecimiento, estas son nuevas oportunidades en donde se debe aprender de esta área para poder diseñar nuevos avances.
Ciberseguridad. Cada dia hay nuevos ataques cibernético que haces que como poder romper la seguridad de la inteligencia artificial, es por ello que esta es una carrera que debe esta activa, porque se tiene que crear nueva forma de poder controlar estos ataques.
Ingeniería de inteligencia artificial: Esta centrada en los desarollo de algoritmo para que pueda desarrollarse en otra áreas, sea medicina, robótica en otras.
Estas serian algunas áreas de carrera en donde a mi parecer debe ir especializando lo que con los avances de esta tecnología el humano debe estar presente. Para mi la IA debe estar siempre a supervisión de los humanos, si podrás hacer tareas que hace los humanos, pero siempre debe estar supervisados por humanos.
La Ia puede estar sin supervisión de humanos?
Podemos saber que la inteligencia artificial cada dia tienen grandes avances significativos haciendo que el mundo tenga un gran potencial a su servicio, pero a pesar de que sea muy avanzando este debe estar siempre supervisada con los humanos.
Garantizar la seguridad: En esta parte el humano puede estar presente y supervisando que este tipo de tecnología no coloque e peligro la vida del ser humano, es por ello que para que funcionen de manera segura y confiable.
Corrección errores: Puede ser en un momento que la IA pueda cometer errores, gracias que el algoritmo pueda a ver afectados, o que no tome de forma adecuada la orden solicitada, entonce es es por ello que se debe conocer mas desde la inteligencia artificial, para corregir los errores que se pueda presentar.
En conclusión, la IA puede tener grandes avances, en donde se puede ver influido que desplaza completamente al humano, pero esto no puede ser así, ya que este siempre e estar supervisada y vigilar por el ser humano, entonces esto traerá nuevas carreras para los humanos en donde debemos estar es a la par de ella.
