I am really pleased to be taking part in my second, Newbies Initiative task. It has really been educative to have read through the newbies initiative task 2 guideline on various Hive markdowns and markdowns.
It is in reference to this I am therefore creating this content to show I have read, watched, and understood the various guidelines on the Hive platform and also how to apply the various markdowns learned.
This knowledge gained is therefore to be put into practice in order to avoid any form of punishment on the hive platform and hence help to build my account so I can be able to attain my goals for a set period of t 3 months.
In the subsequent paragraphs below the various questions guiding the task 2 newbies initiative task will be answered.
Estoy muy contento de participar en mi segunda tarea de la Iniciativa para principiantes. Realmente ha sido educativo haber leído la directriz de la tarea 2 de la iniciativa para principiantes sobre varias rebajas y rebajas de Hive.

How has been your experience with Hive since you joined?
The beginning of my Hive Journey
I must say it has really been one hell of a ride through coming this far. When I newly joined the Hive platform In December 2021 After account creation I waited for like a week before publishing my introductory post which really got me on my heels to make more posts but later had a down spirit based on the latter outcome. I have been struggling since then in finding a suitable community where I can create original content but this has been really hard to an extent where I had to take a break from making content on the platform.
To be sincere It was really hard for me at the start though, Making content without getting support is one very discouraging factor for newbies.
I must say a big thank you to the @newbie-hive and @hive-learners community for this wonderful program being put in place to support newbies and help them grow.
I must say ever since I became part of this wonderful initiative program, my hive journey has been quite easy and very much enjoyable this has really been encouraging and motivating enough for us all.

Debo decir que realmente ha sido un gran viaje llegar hasta aquí. Cuando recién me uní a la plataforma Hive En diciembre de 2021 Después de la creación de la cuenta, esperé como una semana antes de publicar mi publicación introductoria que realmente me puso en pie para hacer más publicaciones, pero luego tuve un espíritu deprimido debido al último resultado. What are your thoughts on Plagiarising and voting to beg?
MY THOUGHTS ON PLAGIARISM
In my few months on the hive, I have been able to learn one or two from my friends around. A friend of mine was found guilty of this offense and proper measures were taken to effectively frown against the offense, at that time all the post being made by that friend of mine was constantly being downvoted this went on for some period of time. Through this, I learned a lot and have always tried my best to be original in all my contents so as to avoid this punishment and therefore have the ability to grow my account without obstruction or obstacle to hinder this process.
In a nutshell, I must say punishment for plagiarism offenders is good to measure in place to help reduce this disease and make the platform free from plagiarism.
But my take on this is yes vote begging might not be encouraging to promote but in the case of newbies who are still trying to find their way on the platform, you will notice that this is very much common.
For when there make a post and it is being voted by an individual you will notice that the next post there make/create they will simply make a tag of that person so there can easily see their post.
I am a victim of this too. I must say it is always very much hard for newbies to make content and get supported so since there is a limited option for them there have to go into vote begging.
In a nutshell, I will say what the @newbies-hive and @hive-learners community is doing for us the newbie is very much appreciated and hence is therefore a way of reducing vote begging.

Estoy 100% de acuerdo con todo lo que se dice sobre este aspecto de la regla/pauta. El plagio, como se nos ha hecho saber, es de hecho un delito muy grave que debe ser objeto de un seguimiento inmediatamente descubierto, por lo que no se promoverá ni fomentará en la plataforma.
En mis pocos meses en la colmena, he podido aprender uno o dos de mis amigos. Un amigo mío fue declarado culpable de este delito y se tomaron las medidas adecuadas para fruncir el ceño de manera efectiva contra el delito, en ese momento todas las publicaciones realizadas por ese amigo mío estaban constantemente siendo rechazadas y esto continuó durante un período de tiempo. A través de esto, aprendí mucho y siempre he hecho todo lo posible por ser original en todos mis contenidos para evitar este castigo y, por lo tanto, tener la capacidad de hacer crecer mi cuenta sin obstrucciones u obstáculos que dificulten este proceso.
En pocas palabras, debo decir que el castigo para los infractores de plagio es una buena medida para ayudar a reducir esta enfermedad y hacer que la plataforma esté libre de plagio.
Pero mi opinión sobre esto es que sí, la petición de votos puede no ser alentadora para promover, pero en el caso de los novatos que todavía están tratando de encontrar su camino en la plataforma, notará que esto es muy común.
Para cuando haga una publicación y la vote una persona, notará que la próxima publicación que haga/cree simplemente etiquetará a esa persona para que pueda ver fácilmente su publicación.
Yo también soy víctima de esto. Debo decir que siempre es muy difícil para los novatos crear contenido y obtener apoyo, por lo que, dado que hay una opción limitada para ellos, tienen que pedir votos.
En pocas palabras, diré lo que la comunidad de @newbies-hive y @hive-learners está haciendo por nosotros. Los novatos son muy apreciados y, por lo tanto, es una forma de reducir la mendicidad de votos.
What are your thoughts on post recycling?
Overlooking Post recycling is therefore another means of promoting plagiarism, I will say once a person is found guilty of this, such person should punish in accordance.

How helpful has this post been to you in understanding Markdowns?
Words cannot really explain how helpful the hive guideline and markdown post published for us the newbies is very much helpful.

Through this post, I have been able to learn the basic prerequisites to excel on the hive platform.
I have been able to know that plagiarism is really a very great offense and hence we should therefore struggle as much as possible to desist from it.
Having the opportunity to go through the video made by sir @starstrings01 was really helpful, too it added to the knowledge I had before.
So after going through the videos and various posts made on this, I, therefore, decided to put these markdowns learned into practice.

Vote begging is very bad thing and many people don't understand that
seriously it is but in some cases for that of the newbies I will say that the penalties shouldn't be that serious for most of them are new to the system and are therefore struggling to get something out of it.
We have once being in this position before though.

It is seen that you understood the markdown classes very well and also, the Hive policy on payment and vote measurement, as well as recycling. I'm sure you'll get better and better. I think that almost all of us go through the idea of stopping publishing at some point because we do not have results so soon. But this is an endurance race. My best wishes for you @gi-de-on.
