HIVE BLOG MADE ME A BLOGGER || MY EXPERIENCE SO FAR

INTRODUCTION

To be honest, I had only dabbled in blogging before discovering the Hive Blog. I enjoyed reading blog posts, particularly those about sports and entertainment, but I never believed I'd be able to contribute by generating stuff for others to read.
The expression of feelings in terms that the author is comfortable with, in my opinion, is at the heart of blogging.

When I joined the Hive blog, I experienced a difficult time getting the perfect content to write about. I would spend alot of hours cracking my brain about what to write about. The thinking process took hours and provided no result. My brain was blocked and I could not just think about what to do. I instantly read the post about renowned authors here, and I realized that it is natural to encounter writer's block at some time in blogging, but they had solutions put out for this problem.

First, I spend close to two hours pondering how I feel about a topic or subject. During this time, I consider the viewpoint from which I will write, how creative I want the post to be, the points I will include, and so on. Most of the time, my imagination flows effortlessly when I type the first word, and I simply keep going from there without stopping— weird, I know, but that's how my mind works.
I started writing around 250 words, but now I just keep writing without counting because I want to write, and it's wonderful. I enjoy humour, so I try to incorporate it into my posts so that my readers don't become bored or tired when reading.

DO YOU BLOG ON YOUR PHONE OR ON YOUR COMPUTER?

I actually began by blogging on my phone, which was pretty distressing because the device had been completely depleted. I'm curious how most hive users manage to make so many posts using their mobile phones; it must be difficult. As a result, I switched to my Samsung Tab, which has shown to be the ideal choice for Hiving. It is quite quick; I can open numerous tabs at once and make posts. I used my laptop to type the most of my posts, and it was great until it crashed, so I'm sticking to my phone and tablet for now.

DO YOU WRITE YOUR WORDS DOWN FIRST OR YOU TYPE THEM DIRECTLY

I can't imagine writing the words first on a book before typing in this day and age since it would be too stressful, but most of the time, old school comes with a unique sensation, similar to holding a book to read. Also,I don't keep journals, I spend the most of my time working on these applications:

WHATSAPP

Remember how I mentioned that I normally blog on two different devices? On two of them, I just made accounts. So I text on WhatsApp as if I were sending a message to the other phone, which gives me the feeling of speaking with someone about what I'm typing about while also ensuring that I don't lose my work.

SPEECH TO TEXT

Writing, to be honest, can be really stressful at times. I'm afraid I'll start writing and then fall asleep or get tired halfway through. So, in quest of the simplest way to compose a blog entry, I went to YouTube and found speech to text software, which I downloaded. It has proven to be the most efficient method of writing my post; it is just great and saves me time during the editing process. I simply post and paste after recording and editing.

CONCLUSION

The Hive blog is my first blog, and this is my first time addressing myself as a blogger. It's been an incredible four months on the blog; I've learned a lot, my writing skills are improving, and my creativity is improving every day. I find strength in other people's posts; I rarely use other social media platforms; I enjoy the connection on the blog; it's a lovely space with a lot of lives.

As a blogger, I've enjoyed my time on the Hive blog.

How do you write and fall asleep? That will only happen if I am not enjoying what I am writing about. This is why it's important to always write on topics you can relate with. Well, good thing you found a software that handles that issue for you.

Blogging can be quite difficult for early starters. 250 words used to seem like a lot of work for me when I started writing but now I try so much to keep it within 1000 because once the thoughts start to flow, there is no controlling it.

Don't be surprised that at this age some people still write on paper before typing. Everyone with what works for them.

Beautiful formatting by the way. I need to learn how to format.. perhaps I can take some lessons from you.

If I get tired of writing, I would start yawning and sleep follows immediately. Yeah it is quite difficult but with time it becomes good and better, you get used to it

We will definitely get there.

At the beginning of every blogging, the most common challenges we face is lack of contents, but with time you will get used to it and blogging will become a lot easier.
