Most Likely Similar

There's usually a debate about the outcome of life hinging on either nature or nurture, while some believe it's a combination of both. I among those that believe it is a combination of both. A change in the environment of an individual will very much likely lead to different outcomes unlike if he didn't change environment. This could either be for the better or the worse.

Life is structured such that we may never really get to know what would have been, even though in some instances we can guess. But how do we know our guess was right? We don't.

If I had gone to a different university, but did the same course, my outcome may have been similar however there's no way to be sure about this.
The location of the school, the classmates, the teachers, the environment within the school and even the environment, the culture of the area etc are all determining factors in how differently things would have played out.

The spot where I am today would definitely be different if I had gone to a different school. This is because my choosing to be in my current location is because of my decision to not be close to the school where I trained. This simply means that had it been I went to another school, I would most likely not be in this current location especially if I also decided to be far from school.

The thing about speculations like this is that we can never be too sure. Only guesses.
I have come to see that there's similarities in every place. As long as it concerns humans and our ways of life, it is all similar.
We believe in the same things generally, have the same deviants.
The difference would be in the names we call these things that is common to us all or the language we use, likewise the religion.

Sometimes I wish I can go back in time and do somethings differently in the university. I feel like I didn't utilise my days as an undergraduate adequately.
So if given the chance to go back in time and change something, I will not choose a change in location rather I will choose a change in approach and methods.

That's because I believe that it is the way I handled things as an undergraduate that lead me to where I am today and not necessarily the school I attended. There are people like me in many schools and have similar outcomes like me. So, although there may have been a change in my location if I had gone to a different university, ultimately it would still be a similar position if I had used the same approach.

To me, the approach would have made a bigger difference than the school itself.
I even consider going back to school to right my "wrongs".
I still don't know how possible or how necessary that would be but time will tell.
