The internet is the great invention of today's era. It has changed the way we live, we eat, we talk and many more things. The world shrinked and everything has fitted into small device name mobile phone or ofcourse it's when connected to internet. The each and everything we posted on our Social media platform is a content for others to see, listen and watch. When it's on Social medial and not restricted that means we have given access to everyone using the internet. The content creator terms has been changed into content monetization now days and it becomes a way to earn rewards ofcourse their should be a audiance when consume our content posted. This shift has changed many lives and I have personally know some people who is earning well for this profession. The internet and social media platforms given the opportunity to many ordinary people to show their talent by sharing their content on those platforms like YouTube, facebook, Instagram and yes Hive also. If I taled the time likee 25-20 years ago then the entertainment and popularity was not for ordinary people and this area was dominated by some production house and artists. Nonone has imagine in those old days that this can be cup of tea for ordinary peoples also not just for the artists performing in films and TV shows. Now days anyone with a good camera phone has the ability to record and share the same in social media. No doubt every thing has their own merits and demerits also. This is one group of people who love to be online, watch the content and share the content and on the other side the other group call led spending the time on internet as a wastage of time. I also agreed to some extend that just scrolling the videos is just wastage of time but when it comes to some educational videos or when I stuck in some activity like some technical issue withy system or phone and find a nice artical or video that helps me solving the issue. Recently I was filling some online for on one of the government site and their were many option which was not clear to me. To clarify same I start digging on YouTube and find a very detailed video showing the procedure and explaining the different option available their. I really thankful to the content creator who helped me in such situations. Their are some content creator who created the content to help other (I know the primary object in most of the cases is to earn) but some other then just posting anytime and something do not hesitate to share offensive content or negative or wrong information just to earn some follower and streaming time.
Many time we heard that the content creation ot posting videos on social media is for the people who has free time and do not have work to do. But my opinion is opposite it as I consider it as a profession and people put a lot of efforts to create content like video and written content. I have heared many time form some Youtubers that they are earing easily just by posting their own videos. But they are not realising that they are putting a lot of efforts to create those videos , you need a idea first, then a script, you must have a confidence to face the camera, after recording the editing took a good efforts and time, engaging people and continuous producing the content is not a easy task. I know one person in my group who has his own youtube channel. Actually we got a chance to work together on on project and it was onsite work and timings were not normal. But that guy coem to me and ask if I can assign him a daybor evening time shift as he is not liking the night shift. When I asked the reason he shared that every night he is working on the video content for his channel. I asked how much he is earning he reply that it's more then the salary he is getting for our company. Dedication and continuous content feeding is very essential when we are talking about the content monetization. I am not agreed to the statement that this is for the lazy people or for the people has free time. This activity is required a dedicated time and commitment otherwise you will loose the audiance and your channel or community will be dead soon. Engaging with the audiance is another important aspect afterall the audiance is the deciding body for a content creator.
