Good evening lovers of hive learner,it another creative Sunday and another creative post from me which I craft a beautiful brown halfshoe for a client who admire Brown colour.
Today is Sunday and a worship day which each and every Christian are celebrating palm Sunday in there church. As we are approaching Easter celebrations alot of Christian will need footwear to wear to church .
Lets go straight to the main content of the post which explain the difference between an half shoe and a full shoe which I will explain how I craft an halfshoe for a client comparing it with a shoe have made previously. This is the picture below which shows a shoe and halfshoe in a beautiful pattern.
Different between a shoe and halfshoe
A shoe is just like an halfshoe but it will read the back of your foot while am half explain the name HALF which will not reach the back of the leg when the owner wears.
in this post we will be showing how I craft an halfshoe which is shown in the picture below that I didn't reach the back of a particular feet.
THE MAKING OF THE HALFSHOE IS BRIEFLY EXPLAIN BELOW WITH MATERIAL USED.
MATERIALS

Step one.: We will need a paper to craft the shoe pattern and use pen to trace on a leather before cutting it out from the leather which we will gum the upper and the thick leather together to make the upper ready.
Apply gum on the Birkenstock and black leather then fold the leather on the Birkenstock to make up your insole and sole.
Lasting stage is the step by which we will apply gum to the edges of the brown leather and the Birkenstock before using your wooden last to set to client size.
Now we will apply gum on the lasted upper and the foreign sole and gum together when dry .Now the halfshoe is ready to wear by the owner which he just love to wear any kind of brown wears
THANK YOU ALL AND HAVE A NICE TIME
