How to be HYPER FOCUS?

in Hive Learners5 months ago

This book Hyperfocus: how to manage your attention in a world of distraction, by Chris Bailey, teaches us how to be focus and dismuss distractions. Better say, how not distract and be mental balanced.

There's a lot of points to consider...

  • Are two types of focus: hyperfocus, which involves intense and sustained concentration on a single task, leading to high productivity, and scatterfocus, which involves fostering creativity and generating new ideas.

  • Make a list or identify every distraction. Whether from the external environment or your own (such as cell phone notifications or thoughts).

  • Choose an ideal environment. Some people find it difficult to maintain concentration in noisy environments, with movement and the risk of causing setbacks.

  • Keep a cool head. It's impossible to keep your mind working like a machine; you have to take breaks to prevent mental fatigue and becoming tired in the process.

I read this book. I guess, it teaches us how to manage and organize ourselves better, schedule priority and optional tasks, how to regulate our mental factor and make better decisions.
