“YOUR FAVOURITE FOOD”
This can be any food at all. It can be a local or foreign dish. What matters is that you just love eating it. Tell us why you love it and how it is prepared.
Everyone has something he cherish wherher it be a good thing or bad, but the fact is that there is a likeness. Today we talk about a favourite dish, tomorrow we talk about another thing.
My favourite this for this contest is Ofe Akwu(Bang Soup). I may not cooking regularly, but any time I desire it, I get to prepare it very well.

My love for Ofe Akwu is top notch. Let me gist you. Do you know that it has a lot health benefits for the fact its a local food. Some of the benefits includes;
- Because of the presence of scent leave it helps to control stomach disorder
- Ofe Akwu is rich in protein
- It contains fats and oil
- It contains vitamins such as vitamin A, B etc.

Procedures Gallery
- Wash the palm fruits and set on fire to cook for about 30 minutes
- Pound the fruits so that it will be easy to wash
- Wash of the oil from the fruit
- Set on fire to cooking and all your pounded crayfish, pepper, okpe, seasoning cube and a little onions
- I poured my goat meat to boil together
- Pour in your fresh tomatoes
Allow to cook for about 30 minutes also the water might have reduced.
- Pour in the scent leave, let it boil for about 2 minutes
- Pour the Ugu leaves allow to cook for 3 minutes

Your stew is ready for consumption. You can save with fufu or rice as you wish but I served mine with white rice.

My husband said that this Ofe Akwu is the best he has eaten from my kitchen ever since we got married. Personally i acknowledged that too,only the aroma sef will make you to desire it.
