GOOD HEALTH IS UNDERRATED

Everything would always look good and nice when the body is in good shape,even a dull atmosphere can be changed as long as we have this good health
The moment we find it hard to step out of bed all because the body's system is not just right, automatically there's the tendency to have a very bad day

This tells us how important it is to have good health and we just don't know the value of it till we fall sick

I say good health is underrated.
Nothing beats having a good health
The body is in good shape, the mind is healthy and most importantly the mindset is set right

Good health is the balance of the body, a state of healthy living with all parts and forms of the body working right
one great mechanism that determines death and life
A State of positive mindset for positive outcomes
We don't know how important this is till we lose it
Till the body system does not function the way it used to
Til we try doing what we do effortlessly and we just can't
Till we are weak for 20 hours of 24 hours
Till our favorite food becomes so tasteless and irritating to eat
Till the night becomes longer than usual all because of the pain we go through

Then we start reminiscing about all the good times we were strong and just hope those days could come back
We start reflecting on how underrating we acted towards good health
We become conscious of what to eat when to eat and how to eat
We become so close to pills just to make it right once again

All these point to us how important good health is ,can be and will always be

How well do you take notes and take care of it?

Just because you are fit almost every day does not mean there's no need to check up on health care and make sure it is intact nor does it mean you can't get sick from a little thing?

Health is important you see
it's one factor that can make us lose whatever we have worked for in a twinkle of an eye
It causes set back especially when it is deeply rooted in bad

Good food
healthy sleep
Exercises
random checkups would go a long way just to keep us on track with good health

This post came into existence after going through a week of illness then I saw how underrating I treated good health

So yeah take that nap
Eat that good food
Observe that rest and do well to do that which profits your body because when we lose that good health life becomes unbearable
