Too much of everything is never good, is just like having too much candy which can be bad for health likewise having too much sleep.
Look at it from this angle sleep is important and necessary in fact it's compulsory to have enough sleep but then excess of it becomes bad.
Technology is part of us these days and 80% of us can't avoid the use of technology in our everyday life and work.
It's one thing that is part of us.
We all use computers and phones to work and the more we spend time with these gadgets the more they come with their effect,don't forget excess of everything has disadvantages.
In situations like this we are helpless because we need to work and we need them, we can't just put them aside, they play a huge role in our life and work and at the same time.
For some of us, it can't be avoided and so how we used them determine the stress and its effects they do to us.
As an individual, I do a lot to cope with this to use it daily.

GETTING A PHOTOCHROMIC AND ANTI GLARE GLASSES

Photochromic and anti-glare glasses are glasses with a lens that has an anti-reflective layer on to remove the glare from bright light.
This bright light causes fatigue to the eyes and a lot more, but with the help my photochromic and anti-glare glasses, the fatigued is reduced and countered which help working with a computer on a daily basis easy and possible.
I TAKE SHORT BREAKS

I take a short break to relax my eyes shoulders, and hands, during this break interval I take a short walk around to allow the flow of blood that might have been hindered for staying in a single position for a long time,trust me when you stand that's when you know you've hindered some flow of blood.
RIGHT POSTURE

One important thing is adjusting posture, bad posture gives the muscle a lot of trouble holding up which accumulates to lot of fatigue.
A good posture toward the computer help reduces fatigue.
Sometimes I know we all wish we can reduce the time spent with computers but then work must be done and the only way to reduce its effect is to have the right approach to it
