According to what I read on Google this flower is Allamanda
This is the flower Allamanda schottii, commonly known as the allamanda shrub, is a shrub of the genus Allamanda in the family Apocynaceae, which is a plant native to Brazil. Reaching 2.5 meters, the yellow flower bear is large most of the year. Grown as an ornamental plant, it has become a weed in some countries.
