Nowadays, many of us get caught up worrying about what we don’t have—“I don’t have this, I don’t have that.” But we often forget to notice that what we do have is a blessing—something many others might not have. There are people who don’t even have food for the night.

We are fortunate. We have a roof over our heads, food to eat, good clothes, and even a smartphone. Yet, many of us remain unhappy. We fail to appreciate what we already have and instead focus on what we lack.

This is the reality of life: if we stay stuck in
dissatisfaction, life will be filled with stress and unhappiness. But practicing gratitude can change everything. Life becomes fuller, happier, and more meaningful.

Gratitude doesn’t just affect us—it positively impacts those around us too. It even improves our health, because being unhappy can take a toll on our mind and body.

So, start practicing gratitude today. It might feel unusual at first, but within a few days, you’ll notice the difference, and life will start feeling lighter, happier, and more joyful.
