@starstrings01 you have said it all. We came in with the mentality of posting everyday and posting quality contents too. I like what you said about exploring in other communities. I tried exploring in the leofinance community and truth be told, I struggle to meet up in that frontend. I guess its because that's not my calling.😂.
Engaging does the trick but just like you said, it may not come immediately. I told myself that I will be engaging and post less for a period I have set for myself. That is because I want to create enough awareness in other communities first.

Exactly, that's the point. Who would give you. But that doesn't mean you should not post at all.
Time your posting and make it balance up with engagement. Because keeping up with creating your contents would make your followers know you are active.
Yeah, working with hive learners has helped me enough to support more newbies on Hive. I only just need to find ways to go across countries as well.
