Do you think people will stop even when governments make gambling illegal? Let's use human trafficking as an example; despite being illegal, people still engage in it.
In my opinion, it is very complicated to solve gambling even though the government takes illegal decisions, but it may be a little less than today, teenagers, children are really rampant in playing a role in gambling.
