in Hive Learners11 months ago

This is a battle between both and it will continue to be a battle, not a physical battle but a financial kind of battle, But in the end, one will have to win. I will have to side with one of them in the battle, They both have “Pros and Cons" which I am going to outline soon, In the financial sectors Decentralized has its pros and cons while centralized has its pros and cons.

Somehow, I like the both of them and can't seem to pick any although I feel pike the risks associated with the decentralized is higher.

In my opinion, choosing a centralized system does not secure your savings-just turn off a switch and you have lost all your assets.
The decentralized system is not changeable by anyone, of course there is the possibility of a price drop, but you can handle that with a little trading.
Another possibility is offered by stable Coins, in this case HBD is the stable coin built on the Hive Blockchain.

I respect your opinion, but to me decentralized system is more secure than a centralized system. You are your own boss. no one is controlling your money. You can withdraw whenever, what ever amount of money from it. on the other hand centralised system comes with restrictions. which I don't like at all.
